Refund policy

30-day returns: unused items in original packaging return for a full refund - just email hello@waxandwilds.com for a label.

 

Fragrance promise: if a scent isn't you, tell us within 30 days - we'll swap it or refund it, opened or not.

 

Cleaning performance promise: if a tablet, sheet, or soap doesn't clean the way we said, we'll replace it or refund it.

 

Damaged in transit? Send a photo within 7 days and a replacement ships free.

 

Refunds land in 5-10 business days after we receive the return.
