Where do you ship?

We ship to U.S. addresses only right now — all 50 states. We're not shipping internationally yet.

How much is shipping?

Free on U.S. orders over $45 (and over $35 on refill subscriptions). Under that, it's a flat $5.95, shown at checkout.

How fast will my order arrive?

Orders process in 1–2 business days, and U.S. delivery is typically 2–5 business days after that. Every order gets a tracking link by email.

Why did my order arrive in two boxes?

Our candles pour in a separate U.S. workshop, so candles (and some bundles like the Fragrance Trio) may ship separately from the rest of your order. You'll get tracking for each — both fast.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet — U.S. only for now, so we can keep shipping fast and honest. Join the list and we'll tell you the moment that changes.

How do I track my order?

A tracking link is emailed the moment your label prints. If it hasn't updated in a few days, email hello@waxandwilds.com and we'll chase it.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If it hasn't shipped yet, reply to your confirmation email within a couple of hours and we'll catch it.

What's your return policy?

30 days. Unused items in original packaging get a full refund; fragrance you don't love can come back opened or not; and anything that doesn't clean the way we promised gets replaced or refunded.

Is the laundry sheet "plastic-free"?

Honest answer: the dissolving film is PVA, a synthetic polymer, and we say so plainly. What you skip is the plastic jug — that's the win we claim. Full note on Our Standards.
